As a client, you agree to:

- Attend scheduled counselling sessions and respond to communications in a timely manner.
- Submit required documents and fees (to colleges) within specified deadlines.
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, marks, or other information.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the institutions you apply to.
5. Fees & Payments
Our consulting fees will be clearly communicated to you before the commencement of services. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing. Please note:
- Laxmi Education Consultant's service fees are separate from college admission fees, seat reservation fees, or any institutional charges.
- College fees are paid directly to the respective institution and are subject to that institution's refund policies.
- Our service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We make every effort to provide accurate and current information about colleges, courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures. However, we do not warrant that all information is always complete, accurate, or up to date.
